This website uses no cookies, no ads and no ad trackers. We count visits with our own small counter so we know which pages help schools and sponsors, and nothing it keeps can tell us who you are.
What we count, for each page you open
The page, and the website that sent you here (only its name, like google.com, never the full address).
Campaign tags in the link, if there are any (the utm tags, for example from a newsletter).
Your country, which our host works out from the connection. We never see or keep your internet address.
The kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), its system (like Android, iOS, Windows or macOS) and browser name, and the screen and window size.
How far down the page you scrolled (a quarter, half, three quarters or all of it) and how long you were active on it.
Which main buttons you pressed, like Bring RGO Class to my school, Sponsor, Donate, Play RGO Class, a partner's logo, a logo download, or Listen.
What we never do
No cookies, and no ID saved in your browser, so one visit cannot be linked to the next.
No internet addresses, names or email addresses are stored, and nothing is used to identify a device.
No Meta, Google, TikTok or other ad trackers, and nothing is sold or shared for ads.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, our counter sends nothing at all.
How we count visitors in a day
To know how many different people visited today, the counter mixes your connection's address and browser name with a random secret that changes every day, and keeps only the scrambled result. The secret and the results are deleted when the day is over, leaving just the day's total. The result cannot be turned back into your address, and it cannot connect your visits on different days.
How long we keep it, and the rest
Page view records are kept for 13 months. After that only daily totals remain.
Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page views for us with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
Your accessibility settings stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.
Your tip of the day level, streak and done tips stay only on your device, are never sent to us, and Forget my progress on the home page erases them.
Fonts, pictures and the Listen recordings come from this website, not from other companies.
The school and sponsor forms open your own email app. We only get what you choose to send.
